Question 1: How long does it take to make?
Our head covers usually take about four weeks. It's possible during a period of high volume that our knitters and pom-pom makers may take up to six or seven weeks to complete your order. All of our efforts are devoted to making your Head Covers in your “Spirit of Colors”! We do make stock sets of covers in our most popular colors and may have an inventory of completed Head Covers in your Spirit of Colors.
Question 2: Can you rush my order in time for my trip?
Given enough time, if we have your set of colors in stock we can do rush your order, for an additional shipping charge.
Question 3: Can you do designs on the covers that go beyond your traditional design numerals?
Yes! Yes, we can put up to three initials on the #1 wood and some other designs depending how elaborate they are. The custom logo/design fee is $5 per set for quantities over 50.
Question 4: Why choose acrylic yarns?
Spirit of Colors uses acrylic yarn for many reasons: Unlike wool, when you leave your clubs in storage for any length of time, moths do little harm. Wool, when exposed to water and extreme temperature changes, can cause irreparable damage. Further, by using acrylic yarn we are able to design our Driver Head Cover to form fit either a 400cc or 460cc without an additional charge. At Spirit of Colors LLC, we are using the best acrylic yarn we can find in the United States that compares most favorably to wool. Acrylic is machine washable in cold water, while wool must be dry-cleaned. Ultimately, we want our customers to own the highest-quality, longest-lasting product possible!
Question 5: How do I clean my head covers?
They are machine washable in cold water only. No bleach. Wool must be dry-cleaned. We feel our customers’ investment in Spirit of Colors would like the protection acrylic affords them for many years of satisfied use we have had!
Questions 6: What are my choices?
Spirit of Colors has designed our club sets to give you the best price and quality in a four Head Cover set comprised of a Driver, Fairway Wood 3, 5 and X are hybreds. These are all with a 5” “Pom-Pom” and your two Spirit of Colors!
